Watch: Iwi narratives woven into refurbished Victoria Square

After a year of restoration work Victoria Square will reopen to the public tomorrow. Though it has retained some of its traditional elements, like the Bowker Fountain, Captain Cook and Queen Victoria statues, it now incorporates Ngāi Tūāhuriri and Ngāi Tahu narratives represented through artworks.
